Command An Army Beginner Guide
Finish the tutorial, equip a usable squad and learn your first Command An Army objective. Follow a simple route from the lobby to the battlefield.

Start with a valid loadout, find the active objective and arrive with your troops. Your first useful result is understanding one push or defense well enough to improve it next round.
You manage your own fighter while ordering an army. Build a short routine that keeps you aware of both.
Walk through your first match
- Finish each tutorial instruction
Read the requested action and watch for completion feedback. Distinguish moving your character from ordering troops; use the controls displayed for your device.
- Inspect what you can bring
Open Units and check the equipped display. Think about the job each available entry provides: meeting pressure, fighting nearby enemies or supporting from range. Start with a combination you understand.
- Choose your approach from the objective
Read your attacker or defender assignment and active marker. Look where teammates are heading before following the nearest enemy. Pick a place where you can see the troops arriving.
- Move, then choose a fighting position
Use Follow to travel together. At the objective, choose Attack to engage or Hold to maintain a position. Watch the response before pressing another control.
- Change one thing after the round
Name the problem you actually saw: late arrival, an exposed position or losing track of orders. Change the related choice next match. Check quest progress before returning to play.
Opening checks to keep nearby
- Tutorial: Complete the instructions on screen.
- Loadout: Check your equipped entries and current Star Limit.
Three questions before a fight
Where is the objective? Where are my troops? What do I want them to do next? If an answer is missing, take a moment to look. This gives you a clearer lesson than replacing half the loadout after every loss.
Common mistakes
- Spending before trying the available troops. Identify a missing role first.
- Watching only your personal duel. Check the objective and army between actions.
- Changing everything after a loss. Test the clearest problem while keeping other choices familiar.

Questions before you play
Must I summon before playing?
Learn with the troops available through the opening flow. First confirm they are equipped.
Why are troops not coming with me?
Check the active order, try Follow and watch which troops respond before moving farther away.
Should I chase kills?
Choose fights that help your team take or keep the position named by the objective.
What should I improve after losing?
Start with an observable problem. Late arrival suggests regrouping; an unused troop suggests a loadout check; missed orders suggest simplifying your routine.
